INSTRUCTIONS

Desktop icons (My Computer, Recycle Bin, etc.)

1)	Save the icon into anywhere
2a)	On the desktop, right-click on blank space, then choose Properties
2b)	Or, go to Start - System - Control Panel> - Display
3)	Click on Adjustment
4)	Then click on the icon that you would like to change and you can change it

Other files

Save the icon into anywhere

Right-click on a file and choose Properties

Choose Change icon

Click Browse

Find the saved icon file, that's it!
